Ray is an accomplished senior member of the MIDA team, bringing with him over 20 years of top-tier management experience in legacy finance, technology, organizational transformation, and project management. He is a certified Scrum Master and has a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering multiple complex projects on a global scale, particularly in the Asia Pacific, EMEA, and North American regions.

Ray is serves as the Product Owner (Release and Change) at Converse in Boston, MA. In this role, he is responsible for leading the development and implementation of systems and procedures that help reduce costs, mitigate risks, streamline operations, and improve revenues for all programs under his supervision. His expertise lies in documenting and executing efficient processes that ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.

Prior to his current role, Ray held key leadership positions at corporate powerhouses such as PwC and IBM, specializing in deployment and implementation consultancy for projects at the Global SAP Center of Competence. During his tenure at these companies, he gained significant experience in managing and delivering complex matrix projects across various industries, including finance, technology, and healthcare.

Ray's experience in organizational transformation and project management is unmatched, and he has a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to success. He is well-versed in Agile methodologies and has successfully implemented Scrum frameworks to manage complex projects. His skills in program management, risk mitigation, and process optimization have earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and mentor to many in the industry.

Merrill Charette is a well-known figure in the marine industry, with a passion for advancing the field of marine repairs. Since co-founding United Marine Systems in 2019 and then SHIPSHAPE in 2020, he has made significant contributions to the industry by actively networking at boat shows, conducting podcasts with experts, mentoring young professionals at vocational schools, and developing a cutting-edge marine services platform.

In addition to his work in the marine industry, Merrill is also an accomplished individual with a diverse range of interests. He graduated from Rhodes College with a degree in Cultural and Intellectual History, where he was instrumental in creating the college's first newspaper, "The Sou'Wester." He has also set up several non-profit Parkinson's fitness classes for the Jewish community in Memphis, Tennessee.

In 2018, Merrill accomplished the incredible feat of thru-hiking the entire Appalachian Trail (GA-ME) and was later featured as a key character in the book "I Only Go North" by Peter Krentz. After completing the trail, he moved to Boston to attend Suffolk Law, where he discovered his love for sailing aboard his 40ft sailing yacht - Alabaré - and continues to do so to this day. In 2020 he held the record for charters in Boston Harbor.

Merrill's exceptional contributions to the marine industry have not gone unnoticed, and he was recently recognized as the winner of Top 40 Under 40 in the Boating industry. Merrill's commitment to excellence in his work and diverse interests have made him a respected figure in the marine industry and beyond.

Ammad leads technology consulting/development with a keen focus on building platforms for future.

He currently hosts a global network of top technology talent spread across Lebanon, KSA, UAE, Pakistan, India, Philippines, etc. This talent pool is leveraged to produce best-of-breed products for clients.

Ammad has been a Technologist for 20 years having led technology product development for global firms like Thomson Reuters. He has worked for System Integrators, Technology Vendors and Start-ups having a very well-rounded experience of leading technology in Fintech, MediaTech, Retail eCommerce, etc. He is based in the middle-east for the last 15 years.

He has actively led developing mature Agile and KPI driven practices and models in software development. He has also extensively led cultural change, team transformation and productivity metrics with successful results in major Cost Savings and Increased Revenue Delivery.

He has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and have gone through several technical, functional and organisational trainings and certifications.

Ahmad khan is a seasoned technology development enthusiast and a project management expert.

He currently works as Portfolio Manager, managing technology projects and teams distributed across different regions.

Ahmad has been working in technology and leading technology teams for the better part of the last decade. Over the course of the years he has developed the technology for various start-ups and has worked on enterprise solutions as well. He has worked on digital experience platforms, web and mobile platforms, marketplaces & SaaS products.

He has co-founded multiple start-ups and taken exit from one.

Ahmad has a keen interest in building modern technology solutions built on latest technologies. He has a side passion doing R&D on core AI/ ML use cases in Computer Vision, NLP and Deep Learning.

I am a Senior Product Designer with over 25 years of experience. I am still hands-on and love designing engaging experiences. Design is not just a profession but a passion I live by. I have worked with UBI Soft, Marvel, EA, Google, Porsche, and Cisco, to name a few.

Working in SaaS Industry has been a venture I have explored for around ten years, where I have managed large teams of more than 100 designers and managed production of over 8 million USD (monthly average).

Product Design is an addiction that I am very proud of. For the past two years, I have started exploring intelligent products that are AI / ML based, developing more engaging and data-driven experiences for broader demographics. I have been associated with some of the top products produced in Pakistan, such as Howzat Cricket, Heroes Platform, Airlift, Talent Idols, and Commander Safeguard. Some international product associations include various projects for Colgate Palmolive, Exelon, Marvel, Cisco, and Porsche.

I am teaching UX Design as adjunct faculty at PAF Kiet CMA and Greenwich University. I am also a permanent member of Greenwich University's Board of Studies where I help shape future degree programs. I am associated with top design agencies in Canada and Dubai as a UX and Product Design Consultant.

Sumair Shamsi is an advertising creative, screenwriter, and video producer. He has served Leo Burnett Pakistan as a Creative, managing P&G and Friesland Campaina Engro, British Council, Ajinomoto, and other brand portfolios.

Currently, he is based in Dubai working for Jami Partners/MIDA as Lead Creative. Manages end-to-end communication execution right from strategy, ideation, creative visualization, and production. Amidst exploring the realm of the Marines industry by utilizing his creative advertising expertise.

For over five years in the film & production domain, he has produced many ADs and corporate documentaries. His short film Night-watchman has been selected for Paus Premieres Film Festival in the UK. Also, among the first 21 filmmakers selected from Pakistan, in a US consulate & Seeds of Peace, India Pakistan cross-border peacemaking project KDKP 21.
